This workshop will teach its attendees techniques of assessment, management and prevention of lower back pain used by chiropractic doctors who are the leading experts in this field. We will learn about biomechanical balance and alignment, review structural and functional anatomy, explore common pathological and lifestyle causes and practice the various methods of both acute and chronic management including high velocity low amplitude thrust techniques known as Chiropractic adjustments or Spinal Manipulation. The workshop will be taught and delivered by a UK based Chiropractic Doctor with over 10 years of experience in the field.
